The report data is anonymized in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law – LGPD 13.709/2018. The information was grouped by the Ministry of Labor and Employment according to the Major Groups of the CBO (Brazilian Classification of Occupations), meaning the information was structured based on a government classification that aggregates different types of jobs (roles/departments).
The Brazilian Classification of Occupations aims to identify, describe, and list, in a general and limited manner, the requirements, titles, activities, and academic and professional experiences necessary for the allocation of roles. However, it does not qualify them by their level of seniority, which means that the grouping of this information may not reflect the reality of the roles, since seniority is one of the main factors in compensation.
Therefore, it is important to consider that the methodology used to prepare this report may not reflect the company’s current reality in terms of compensation and diversity initiatives.
